WILBERFORCE’S RETURN TO THE FIGHT

‎2 SAMUEL 12

‎William Wilberforce faced repeated setbacks in the campaign against the slave trade and nearly gave up. Encouraged by friends and guided by his faith, he persevered, eventually helping bring an end to the trade in Britain.

‎In 2 Samuel 12, David confronted the consequences of his sins. Though guilty of grievous wrongs, when challenged he confessed, and God forgave him while calling him back to his responsibilities.

‎Like Wilberforce and David, we too may feel crushed by failures. God’s grace restores us, empowering us to rise again and continue His work.

🙏 May the Lord grant you the courage to persevere. Amen.
