MICAH 5:10-15
A bridge inspector once discovered hidden damage beneath a newly built bridge and ordered repairs before tragedy struck. His decision seemed harsh, but it protected many lives. God’s judgement is similar; it exposes what is unsafe so He can restore what is right.
Micah 5:10-15 shows God removing Israel’s false confidence in weapons, powers and idols. He promised to judge rebellion and cleanse His people, revealing His perfect justice and faithfulness.
We must examine what we rely on apart from God. When He removes false supports, we should trust His wisdom, knowing His correction leads us towards righteousness and renewed faith.
