ENOUGH FOR TODAY

EXODUS 16:1–7

When George Müller cared for orphans in Bristol, food often ran out; yet he prayed, and provisions arrived just in time—once, even milk from a broken cart outside. Such moments show how daily trust can replace anxious striving.

In Exodus 16:1–7, the Israelites complained of hunger and longed for Egypt. God answered with manna, supplying only what was needed each day, teaching them steady dependence on Him despite their doubts.

We are called to trust God for today’s needs instead of worrying about tomorrow or romanticising the past. Bring your concerns to Him daily, confident that His provision is timely and sufficient.

🙏 May God grant you daily provision as you depend on Him always, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
