MICAH 3:1–4
Judge Frank Caprio became known worldwide for showing mercy in his courtroom. He listened to struggling citizens, often waiving fines when hardship was clear. His story illustrates how justice and compassion can walk hand in hand.
Micah 3:1–4 condemns Israel’s leaders for abusing power and neglecting compassion. Instead of guiding with fairness, they exploited the people. God’s warning was stark: when they cried out, He would not answer. Justice without mercy is cruelty, and leadership without care is corruption.
As Christians, we are called to reflect God’s justice in family, work, and community. Like Judge Caprio, our influence should uplift, not oppress. Living with integrity and compassion draws others to God’s love.
🙏Go forth in justice, compassion, mercy, and God’s peace.
