EPHESIANS 4:20–24
When a teacher gave a troubled pupil a clean, warm coat, the boy said, “It feels like starting again.” That simple gift mirrors what God offers us—a fresh beginning that reshapes who we are.
Paul reminds the Ephesians that following Jesus means discarding the “old self” corrupted by deceitful desires and choosing the “new self” created to be like God in righteousness and holiness (Ephesians 4:22–24). This is not a one-off event but a continual, Spirit-led transformation.
Today, we face pressures, habits, and environments that pull us back into old ways. Yet God invites us daily to “put on” His new life—choosing integrity, compassion, and hope even in difficult places.
🙏May the Lord Jesus renew your heart always.
