1 KINGS 10:1–13
A student who wins a scholarship may discover that it opens doors to opportunities beyond imagination. Similarly, God can exceed our expectations when we walk humbly with Him.
In 1 Kings 10:1–13, the Queen of Sheba visited Solomon to test his wisdom. Witnessing his wisdom, wealth and kingdom’s splendour, she admitted that what she had heard was only half the truth. Solomon’s greatness revealed God’s remarkable gifts to him.
Beloved, humble yourself before God, seek His kingdom and pursue righteousness. Trust His wisdom rather than your own understanding, knowing that He can accomplish more than you imagine. However, seek God Himself above material blessings, and remain faithful to Him.
🙏 May the Lord exceed your expectations, increase your wisdom, and establish you in righteousness. Amen.
