MARK 4:1-20
On a dusty road, a traveller dropped seeds near a wooden cross; some withered, some thrived. Jesus tells in Mark 4 of seeds falling on four soils—paths, rocky ground, thorns, and good soil. The seed is God’s Word, and only the good soil receives it deeply, bearing lasting fruit.
During the Holy Week that leads to Easter—and in every sacred season—we stand at a crossroads: will our hearts receive Christ or resist Him? As He journeys to the cross, He calls us to examine what lies within.
Reflect honestly. Are distractions, fears, or trials choking God’s Word in you? Surrender them at the cross. Let Christ renew your heart so His life may grow richly within you.
🙏 May the Lord Jesus soften your heart to receive Him fully. Amen.
