STRENGTH FOR THE VOYAGE

ACTS 27:27–38

A marathon runner once said the hardest mile is not the first but the twentieth, when strength is gone and only resolve remains. Victory belongs to those who keep moving, one painful step at a time.

Paul faced a relentless storm at sea (Acts 27:27–38). Though the ship would be destroyed, God promised that every life would be spared. Trusting that word, Paul encouraged the crew to eat and stand firm. As Romans 5:3 reminds us, suffering produces endurance.

Many today feel worn down by pressures at work, at home, or within. God does not waste such strain; He shapes resilience through it. As we trust Him, our perseverance becomes a quiet testimony to others.

🙏 May the Lord strengthen you to endure with unwavering trust. Amen.
