PROVERBS 4:10–27
As a child, I remember clutching my mother’s hand, following the lantern bearer through the dark village paths. One wrong step could have meant a fall, but the light kept me safe. God has guided me in the same way all my life.
Proverbs 4:10–27 records Solomon urging his children to seek wisdom. He teaches that God’s wisdom creates straight paths, protects our steps from stumbling, and fills life with clarity and life.
Looking back, God’s Word has been my lantern. Even in uncertain or tempting situations, staying close to His guidance has kept me safe, helped me choose wisely, and brought peace to my journey.
