PSALM 104:10–24
One hectic day, I rushed from one appointment to another – attending meetings, sending text messages, and answering endless phone calls. During my break, I stepped outside to catch my breath. Sitting quietly on a bench under a tree, I noticed things I usually missed: the sound of leaves rustling, laughter from a nearby building, and birds darting across the sky.
In that still moment, I felt God’s nearness. Just like the writer of Psalm 104, I was reminded of His creative power. Even in the midst of a busy environment, God surrounds us with quiet reminders of His presence. When we pause and look, we find that His creation invites us to worship and rest in His wisdom.
