MICAH 7:1–7
He recently applied for several jobs and received one rejection after another. Each “no” made it harder to remain hopeful. He rewrote application letters—but nothing seemed to be working.
When it comes to our walk with God, hope is the strategy. Micah lived in a time of deep spiritual decline. He lamented that the faithful had been swept from the land (7:2). But even in despair, he did not lose hope (v. 7).
Hope anchored in God is not passive—it is active trust. Like Micah, we are called to watch, wait, and pray. God hears us, even in life’s darkest moments.
🙏 May your hope in the Lord bear fruit, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
