HELLO REVIVAL!

PSALM 138:7

The word “revival” is from the Hebrew word “chayah” which means to live, to come alive, recover, be restored to life or health; to live victoriously, righteously, prosperously, and zealously. It means to restore to a previous condition. It also implies a renewal of interest after spiritual neglect, oblivion, or obscurity.

Some people say revivals have died due to a lack of interests. We need to recapture our first love, turn back to the God of power and might, the God of love who changes lives and experiences.

Revival comes easily when people long for it. A cold, indifferent world of sin will drag us away if we let it. A relationship with our Loving Father is priceless and should be our first priority.

It is time we turn back to God, repent, and ask for revival, for ourselves, our families, and our Nation. Yet the question remains, are we revivable? Are we interested or longing for any real change?
