JOHN 15:1-2
Do not be tired! As long as we are still dwelling on earth, God is still working on us. We will never reach the point where we can say we are finished until we get to Heaven where our transformation will be complete.
The Bible describes it as a pruning process where God shapes us to bear spiritual fruit for Him.
Enjoy your pruning. You shall shine forth after now.
