1 KINGS 10:14–22
A beautiful garden flourishes when it receives sunshine and rain. Though the gardener works hard, growth ultimately depends on conditions beyond human control. Similarly, our efforts matter, but every good gift comes from God.
In 1 Kings 10:14–22, Solomon’s immense wealth, golden throne and royal splendour displayed his extraordinary prosperity. Yet Jesus taught that Solomon’s glory could not surpass the beauty of the lilies (Matthew 6:29). Earthly riches cannot compare with God’s provision and creative power.
Therefore, prioritise God’s kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Work diligently, reject dishonest gain and trust God rather than worry. Remember, true abundance is not merely possessing riches but living under God’s gracious care.
🙏 May the Lord bless your labour, provide your needs, and keep you rooted in His righteousness. Amen.
