THE FREEDOM OF FORGIVENESS

LUKE 6:27–38

After surviving an attack that killed several members of his family a man chose to speak about forgiveness and healing rather than revenge. His response showed the strength that comes from allowing God’s grace to overcome pain.

In Luke 6:27–38, Jesus teaches His followers to love their enemies, bless those who mistreat them, forgive freely, and give generously. He calls believers to reflect the Father’s mercy and not be controlled by anger or retaliation.

A kingdom lifestyle requires a heart that chooses grace over bitterness. When we forgive those who hurt us, show kindness to others, and give without selfish motives, we reveal the nature of Christ and bring His love into a hurting world.

🙏May God empower you to live in mercy, love, and forgiveness.
