PSALM 103:8–14
A potter once shaped a fragile clay cup, handling it with care because he knew how easily it could crack. We too are formed from dust and need gentle hands.
Psalm 103:8–14 declares that the Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love. Like a caring father, He shows mercy to His children. He understands our frailty; He remembers that we are dust. His anger is not cruel, but tempered with faithful love.
When we feel overwhelmed by failure, pressure, or shame, God does not turn away. He draws near with patience and kindness. Knowing our weakness, He responds with mercy, inviting us to rest securely in His steadfast love.
🙏 May the Father hold you tenderly in your weakness. Amen.
