GOD’S CLASSROOM

MATTHEW 19:17–30

Imagine a school classroom where top students always sit in the front and usually win the prizes. Then, during a surprise quiz, a quiet pupil from the back—rarely noticed—gets the highest score. Shock fills the room.

That is a glimpse of God’s kingdom. In Matthew 19, Jesus says it is hard for the rich—those who seem to have it all—to enter heaven. Why? Because trusting in ourselves and our resources leaves no room to trust in God.

In His classroom, the usual rules do not apply. Many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.

It is not about what we have earned—but grace, freely given.

🙏 As you trust God’s grace, not your achievements, may you humbly take your place in His kingdom. Amen.
