During a school play, the spotlight stayed on the main actors, but when the sound operator briefly stepped away, the whole performance stalled. The audience quickly realised that the unseen worker was vital. Often the most unnoticed roles make everything work.
1 Corinthians 12:20–27 explains that believers form the body of Jesus Christ. Each member has a different function, yet all are necessary. No part can do without other parts. God designed the church so that every believer receives equal care and honour.
Some people may feel unnoticed in their churches, workplaces, or families. Yet God sees every contribution. Whether visible or quiet, each role matters. When we respect and encourage one another, the whole body grows stronger and reflects Christ’s love.
