PSALM 63:1-8
A cup of coffee can warm up the body on a chilly morning, bringing comfort before the day begins. Similarly, God’s presence refreshes our souls even in life’s cold or trying moments.
Psalm 63, written by David in the Desert of Judah, reminds us that we can earnestly seek God; our souls can thirst for Him in a dry and weary land (v. 1). God satisfies, strengthens, and upholds those who seek Him.
When life feels empty, lonely, or overwhelming, turning to God—through prayer, worship, or gratitude—replenishes our spirit and fills us with hope.
